Choose a complete refurbishment or a defined bathroom update. The agreed scope records what is retained, replaced, supplied and installed.
Update the bathroom as a whole or retain suitable parts and replace selected fittings and finishes. Identify the shower, bath, vanity, toilet and storage that stay in place and any proposed changes to the layout.
Removal of agreed fittings and finishes, protection of retained items and preparation for the new work form part of the renovation scope. Access, waste handling and newly exposed conditions are agreed for the actual property.
Coordinate the required wet-area stages with wall and floor tiling, tile layout and junction finishes. The responsible contractor and any regulated waterproofing, plumbing or electrical work are identified before that work starts.
Install the selected fittings and complete the agreed non-tiled surfaces, trims and related painting. The quote distinguishes product supply, installation, trade connections and final finishing rather than assuming all items are included.
