Renovating a unit or shared-access home

For a kitchen or bathroom in a managed building, send the room dimensions, the existing layout and any building rules for work hours, lift bookings, waste removal and wet-area work. Tell us which fixtures or cabinets you want to keep.

Ask the quote to show preparation, specialist trades, selected fixtures, final finishes and building-access costs separately. A concept price can change if concealed conditions or approvals affect the work.

Example wording for your enquiry

“I want to update a unit bathroom while keeping the current layout. The building has lift-booking and work-hour rules. I can send the plan and photos. Please explain what needs inspection and which trade and finish items will be separated in the quote.”
